About The Process
How can I best prepare for my Virtual V.I.P. Session?
Spend some time identifying a brief list of things that are the most pressing for you in your business right now and that you’d like to cover during our time together. If you’re unsure of where to begin, no worries — I’ll be ready with some questions to help get the ball rolling.
How attached to my phone/computer do I need to be during my Virtual V.I.P. Session?
Please understand: this is not a full day conference call so there’s no need to pressure yourself with clearing your schedule. We will connect in a flexible, ping-pong style way using the Voxer application. You’re running a business and have a life — the beauty of this type of support is that you can pop in, ask questions, spill about what’s happening in your business, and listen to my replies on your time and around your schedule.
What’s the flow of the Virtual V.I.P. Session?
This largely varies! Some clients prefer more structure and may choose to break their time into separate themes while others prefer to allow the session to unfold more organically. We’ll work together in whatever way feels good to you.
How much access should I expect for the half day Dive-In session?
Half days include four hours of access and run from either 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm PST.
Are the Virtual V.I.P. Sessions available for formulators outside of the U.S.?
Absolutely! For those in the UK, please note that the time zones will place the access hours for half days from 1pm-5pm or 5pm-9pm GMT. For those with more challenging time zone differences, days may be split to accommodate mutually beneficial hours. You’ll have hours of support, no matter where you live.
What Makes A Great Fit?
What sort of things are normally discussed during the Virtual V.I.P. Session?
The sky is the limit! Many of my clients have enjoyed discussing things like product development and troubleshooting, ingredient selection, material sourcing, private labeling, marketing and branding, and more.
Are there things that you don’t help with during the Virtual V.I.P. Session?
Yes. While the sharing of screenshots and the like is totally possible with Voxer, this experience isn’t a good fit for those who want eyes on technical aspects of their business. For example, it would be totally fine to ask for feedback on a specific portion of sales copy on your website, but it wouldn’t be appropriate to expect help in building your sales page via screenshare tutorial.

Voxer is incredibly user friendly! You’ll simply download the app on your phone or desktop, add me as a contact, and we’ll be able to connect instantly with both voice and text.
