Your Customized and Confidential Consultation Includes

• 60 minutes – The consultation is by phone and/or computer. You will receive the secure Zoom information for connecting or calling in. The direct link will allow you to talk through your computer. You have the option to activate your camera or keep it off. The session is personalized, focused and optimized for you to squeeze every second and not waste any of this valuable time.

• Resources and Information – Expect a follow up email with resources and information that we discussed during our session.

Purchase Your Consultation

After Purchase of Consultation:

1. You will receive an email from us with Mala’s calendar for you to choose a date and time that works for you. Generally, the times are between Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm Pacific Time. If you need an evening time or weekend time, email us with what works best for you, and we will try to accommodate you.

2. You will also receive two emails:

   1. Your scheduled consultation date including Zoom information for calling in to the secure line or accessing via your computer.

   2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for you to electronically sign.

No Show/Cancellation of Consultation

The appointment time you selected is scheduled and blocked off Mala Rhodes’ calendar. Mala reserves this time out of her schedule for you. Therefore, there are no refunds on cancellations.

• With written notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of a consultation, we will issue you a voucher for future use for a consultation to be used within 6 months. If this reschedule consultation is cancelled, there will be no refunds or credits to reschedule a consultation.

• If you are a no show or cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there are no refunds and no credit for a rescheduled consultation. To cancel notify us in writing via email at ayurvedaacademycf@gmail.com.
