Week 1: Orientation + Capsule Design
• Define your niche, dosha focus, and 4-5 hero products. Create your residency project brief.
Week 2: Ayurvedic Ingredients + Cleanser
• Deep dive into key herbs, oils, and botanicals for textured hair. Match ingredients to dosha patterns, then build your first Ayurvedic cleanser that cleans without stripping curls and coils.
Week 3: Conditioner + First Critique
• Formulate a rinse-out or deep conditioner that delivers slip, moisture, and detangling without build-up. Get live feedback on your cleanser in a hot-seat critique.
Week 4: Treatments + Mid-Residency Check
• Create a hair/scalp treatment that supports definition, moisture, or relief. Troubleshoot your first two products and iterate with peer + instructor feedback.
Week 5: Cohesive Product Line
• Make sure your capsule works together: layering, routines, and dosha-specific care. Present your full product INCI lists for group critique.
Week 6: Testing + Refinement
• Learn simple, practical tests for pH, texture, and short-term stability - without needing a full lab. Reformulate based on real data so your products are safe and shelf-ready.
Week 7: Packaging, INCI + Labeling
• Choose packaging that fits your formulas and audience. Draft compliant labels and ingredient lists, then get design feedback in a live workshop.
Week 8: Pricing + Launch Blueprint
• Map out your pricing, positioning, and basic sales funnel (product pages, core content, and a simple promo plan). Rehearse your launch pitch with the cohort.
Week 9: Portfolio + Showcase Prep
• Build a small but powerful portfolio of your capsule, with before/after stories, product narratives, and professional photos. Ru through your final showcase presentation.
Week 10: Residency Showcase & Graduation
• Present your full Ayurvedic haircare capsule, receive detailed feedback, and graduate with your PRO Ayurvedic Haircare Formulation Residency Certificate.
